Job summary

D2 Technical Services seeks an experienced Information Assurance Security Engineer with active TS/SCI clearance to support our Intelligence Community customer. You’ll shape policy, architecture, and incident response from day one.

You will own Certification & Accreditation, RMF processes, and review SSPs while guiding security engineering across on-prem and cloud environments. Expect collaboration with developers, engineers, and program managers in a fast-paced mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience or related field
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• IAM Level II certification as required to start
• Knowledge of ICD 503 and RMF processes
• Experience with security tools ACAS/HBSS/Carbon Black/Tanium/RedSeal/EMET
• Cloud/AWS-based solutions experience
• Scripting on UNIX/RHEL; PowerShell
• Windows AD and VMware virtualization knowledge
• Strong network routing and VLAN understanding
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Draft and review information security policies, MOAs, and SSPs
• Lead Certification & Accreditation (C&A) and RMF processes
• Review POA&Ms and drive remediation
• Ensure IA configurations comply with security guides
• Advise on security-first system design with cross-functional teams
• Perform security system design and multi-agency integration
• Maintain and monitor network security infrastructure and tools
• Conduct forensic log analysis and incident response
• Deliver security awareness training to users and leadership reports
