Job summary

KnowBe4 is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to protect data by monitoring threats, implementing security measures, and escalating incidents as needed. You will support platforms requiring UK SC Clearance and help ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems.

Responsibilities include threat hunting, incident response, policy creation, and security reviews across KnowBe4 products and services. Strong SIEM and cloud security experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Security certifications desirable (e.g., Security+, GSEC, CySA+, Cisco Cyber Ops).
• Strong knowledge of information security concepts and best practices.
• Experience with cloud security, vulnerability scanning, and pen testing.
• Experience with SIEM tools, log observability, AWS/Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Experience building security tools and scripts.
• Experience using AI tools for data analysis and development.
• Familiar with OWASP Top 10 and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to security alerts at senior level across infosec platforms.
• Own security escalations and support junior SOC members.
• Create new security alerts and dashboards as needed.
• Develop security response mechanisms including automated triage.
• Perform threat hunting across security log feeds.
• Create Infosec policies, procedures, and playbooks.
• Monitor, investigate and respond to incidents.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on vulnerabilities and incidents.
• Perform security reviews and testing across products and services.
• Triage vulnerabilities and monitor network changes for threats.
