Job summary

AeroVironment seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Information Security Analyst to join the Cybersecurity team. You will handle software vetting, compliance documentation, exception monitoring, engineering and automation tasks, and configuration support.

You will be required to manage your workload independently, support compliance for the Enterprise, monitor and adjust your priorities to requests, develop processes and maintain documentation, and work with IT and Cybersecurity teams to

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity/IT/CS or equivalent.
Active Security+ certification (or within 6 months of onboarding).
Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, ISO 27001.
Strong written and spoken English; excellent communication.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Tier 1/2/3 Cyber help desk duties, including initial customer contact and issue resolution.
Vet software for production network inclusion/exclusion.
Perform security posture checks and remediate vulnerabilities.
Assist with RMF, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC compliance documentation.
Escalate issues to engineers or managers when appropriate.
Maintain and develop InfoSec Team process documentation.
Collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to align security configurations.
