Job summary

Prevailance seeks a Navy Information Warfare SME to develop doctrine, TTPs, and deliver advanced tactical training across IW mission areas. The role emphasizes senior-level program leadership and technical guidance within a Navy context.

Required are 22+ years in IW domains with leadership experience, plus Top Secret / SCI clearance. You will lead teams, validate CONOPS/TTPs, and deliver training across Fleet components, aligning with joint and naval strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 22 years in Fleet/Navy IW domains, with ≥10 years in last 12 years.
• Ability to provide technical and management leadership on major tasks.
• Experience delivering finished IW products (assessments, reports, briefings).
• Knowledge of Navy IW operations doctrine, strategy and policy.
• Excellent written and oral communication for technical and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall site management and team leadership.

• Ensure IW doctrine/TTP aligns with joint/naval strategies.
• Analyze environment and mission for advanced IW training events.

• Identify and refine training requirements metrics for readiness.
• Review Fleet training for synchronization with policy/TTPs.
• Provide IW advanced training at multiple levels (individual to joint).
• Support real-time LVC training and Fleet training synchronization.
• Prepare briefs, white papers and other required documents.

This position is contingent upon contract award

Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional as a Navy Information Warfare Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide specialized technical, analytical, and instructional support to develop doctrine, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and deliver advanced tactical training across designated Navy Information Warfare mission areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct overall Site management and leadership of assigned team
• Assist in development, validation, standardization, and revision of no more than 5 concept of operations (CONOPS)/doctrine/TTP per year.
• Ensure Information Warfare doctrine/TTP are in alignment with joint and naval strategies/concepts/doctrine
• Provide environment, capabilities and mission analyses for advanced IW training events across all phases of the Fleet Training Continuum and Optimized Fleet Response Plan
• Support continuous assessment of Information Warfare training effectiveness and required operational capability readiness to address capability and capacity gaps, and provide recommendations for systems, training and process improvement
• Identify/update/refine unit and staff level training requirements metrics for Information Warfare readiness assessments
• Assist in review of individual and Fleet training to ensure synchronization with established policy, doctrine/TTPs
• Provide Information Warfare advanced training at the individual, unit, group, integrated, and joint levels, supporting the Fleet Training Continuum and Optimized Fleet Response Plan
• Provide expertise, assistance, management support functions and training for real time Live Virtual and Constructive (LVC) training support to the Fleet and ensure synchronization with established doctrine/TTPs
• As directed, provide expertise, assistance, management support functions and training for real time Fleet support
• Prepare briefings, white papers and other documents required

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 22 years in one or more of the Fleet/Navy IW mission areas, including but not limited to Electronic Warfare, Cryptology, Command and Control, Space Operations, and Intelligence; At least ten (10) years of this experience must have been performed within the last 12 years.
• Ability to provide technical and management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments
• Ability to establish goals and plans that meet project objectives.
• Demonstrated domain and expert technical knowledge, directing and controlling activities for Navy Information Forces
• Ability to perform and execute financial, project, and staffing management to ensure that technical requirements are met.
• Ability to interface with military staff and senior management, where their decision-making and domain knowledge will have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
• Experience producing finished IW products (assessments, reports, briefings) utilizing domain production standards.
• Knowledge of Navy IW operations doctrine, strategy, and policy applicable to Fleet missions
• Ability to analyze complex technical content and translate it into clear, sequenced tasks aligned to performance objectives.
• Ability to evaluate individual and unit performance objectively, provide constructive feedback, and identify remediation requirements.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills supporting technical, operational, and leadership audiences

Desired Qualifications

• Operational experience in a joint environment integrating IW capabilities with joint forces
• Operational experience supporting deployed, contingency, or combatant command (CCMD) intelligence requirements

Education Requirements

• Masters degree in STEM, Space, Intelligence Studies, Operations Research, Operations Management, International Relations, Global Security, or National Security Studies

Clearance Level: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret / SCI Clearance
