Responsibilities

• Engineer and build a highly secure cloud and Office 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
• Configure, secure and stabilize the Cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and monitor cloud services and hybrid infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to implement responsive solutions.
• Absorb platform changes with minimal disruption and maximum benefit.
• Monitor service performance and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure SLAs are met and service delivery aligns with business needs.
• Advocate for Office 365 and Cloud technologies, and train IT staff.
• Create and maintain policies/docs for Office 365, Azure, AWS and other clouds.
• Educate staff on cloud policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Networking, Security, Support and Applications teams.
• Document changes using change management best practices.
• Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and access monitoring.
• Keep up to date with evolving technologies and platforms.

Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks to hire an experienced information technology professional for an available full-time Senior System Engineer Cloud Solutions role.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and build a highly secure cloud and Office 365 solutions to meet business requirements

• Accountable for the configuration, security and stability of the Cloud infrastructure

• Manage and monitor cloud services and hybrid infrastructure

• Work with IT leadership and business units to understand requirements, and develop and execute plans to implement and deploy responsive solutions

• Maintain a detailed understanding of pending changes to the platform, and develop plans to absorb changes without operational interruption, and with maximum benefit

• Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services

• Ensure service delivery meets the business requirements and associated SLAs

• Serve as an evangelist for Office 365 and Cloud technologies and related skills, including the training and development of support IT staff

• Create and maintain policies and documentation regarding the proper use of Office 365, Azure, AWS and other cloud services and support

• Educate IT and business staff on policies and procedures for Microsoft and other cloud platforms

• Collaborate with other IT staff, including networking, security, support and applications to facilitate effective issue resolution

• Document changes to systems using change management best practices

• Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring

• Keep up to date with evolving technologies and platforms

Schedule and work setting

• You will work primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours

• This is a remote position which will allow you to work virtually from your home office
