Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects by supporting the implementation, operation, and security of technology solutions across multiple platforms.
• Ensure reliable system support with a strong emphasis on security, data integrity, and end‑user computing.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and training materials covering hardware, software, data management, and end‑user tools.
• Analyze and resolve end‑user hardware and software issues; lead the team in managing support tickets to meet SLAs and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and retire end‑user devices using enterprise tools for remote management and software deployment.
• Design, deploy, maintain, and monitor IT systems; perform root‑cause analysis and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security.
• Collaborate on cloud and DevOps initiatives and ensure system documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Support vendor and contract activities, including developing and reviewing Statements of Work, assisting with procurement, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support divisional objectives and the evolving needs of IT services.

This role is all about reliability, efficiency, and moving our platforms forward.
