We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (IT) to lead and deliver large-scale, complex technology initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution through governance, risk management, quality assurance, and successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging executive stakeholders. A strong background in Agile delivery, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, and Azure Cloud environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of large-scale, complex IT projects.
• Define project scope, requirements, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, roadmaps, and release plans.
• Coordinate multiple project teams and workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project resources, priorities, dependencies, and budgets.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project issues and drive corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct milestone reviews, phase-gate assessments, and project closeout activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Deliver regular status updates, executive presentations, and project reporting.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment across all stakeholder groups.

Governance, Quality & Compliance

• Establish and maintain project governance and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage change control processes and evaluate project change requests.
• Maintain project documentation, standards, and reporting requirements.

Strategic Planning & Analysis

• Perform feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and project assessments.
• Support capital planning and investment evaluation activities.
• Contribute to IT strategy, planning, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Drive adoption of organizational change management practices.

Security & Enablement

• Support information security plans, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure training materials, user documentation, and knowledge transfer activities are developed and delivered.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience delivering IT projects using established project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Minimum 4 years of experience serving as a Senior Project Manager on large-scale or complex IT initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience managing:Software development projects
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
• Agile Scrum teams
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud platforms.
