Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information assurance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information assurance, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to obtain DoW clearance within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with RMF, NIST 800-53, DoD security controls, and audits.
• Proven ability to translate complex security concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead security compliance with NIST 800-53, RMF, and DoD controls.
• Oversee incident response planning and continuous monitoring.
• Develop security policies, procedures, and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with program IT and security teams; advise leadership on threats.
• Coordinate with DoW and government agencies on security assessments.
