Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) II to guide information system security for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities. The role provides day-to-day security support and advisory services for RMF, JSIG, and authorization processes.

The candidate should have 7+ years of related experience, SAP exposure, and TS/SCI clearance; CI poly is preferred. Emphasis is on risk management, policy development, and security testing to safeguard DoD

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience.
• SAP experience required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI with poly.

Responsibilities

• Perform oversight of the development, implementation and evaluation of information system security program policy.
• Develop and oversee operational information systems security implementation policy and guidelines of network security based upon RMF with emphasis on Joint.
• Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG) authorization process.
• Advise customer on RMF assessment and authorization issues.
• Perform risk assessments and make recommendations to DoD agency customers.
• Advise government program managers on security testing methodologies and processes.
• Evaluate authorization documentation and provide written recommendations for authorization to government PMs.
• Develop and maintain a formal Information Systems Security Program.
• Ensure that IAOs, network administrators, and other cyber security personnel receive training.
