Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology in Bedford, MA is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) I to advise on security of information systems and support day-to-day activities for Collateral, SCI, and SAP programs.

The role emphasizes RMF-based policy development, SAO/DOA coordination, and security incident response while ensuring proper training and documentation across the authorization boundaries. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related information security experience.
• Prior performance as ISSO or ISSM preferred.
• SAP experience desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or Associate’s degree with 2 years experience (4 years) or equivalent.
• IAT Level II certification required.
• TS/SCI clearance with willingness to submit to a CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of information security program policy including SAP networks.
• Develop and oversee RMF-based information security implementation guidelines.
• Advise on RMF assessment and authorization issues for DoD customers.
• Coordinate security testing methodologies and processes with government PMs.
• Maintain system authorization documentation and AIS assessment plans.
• Ensure training for IAOs, network admins, and cyber personnel.
