Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and report to program leadership with clear, data-driven briefings. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is experience with MS Office tools and IT service

Qualifications

• Degree and experience requirements for security-cleared program work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment projects and liaison between PMO and project teams.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance of tasks and projects.
• Review budgets, schedules, and status reports; develop risk mitigations.
• Gather requirements across teams to support SOW and licensing.
• Prepare status reports and executive briefings for leadership.
• Coordinate with customers and internal resources to deliver IT services.
• Lead regular team meetings and enforce process improvements.
• Ensure alignment with engineering tools demand and license management.
