Job summary

Mitchell International is seeking a Senior Information Systems Engineer focused on Privileged Access Management (PAM) to join our Core Services team. This role supports identity, access management, and security controls across Azure, AD, and O365 in a fully remote US environment.

The candidate will implement and administer enterprise PAM, manage privileged accounts, and drive least-privilege and Just-In-Time access initiatives while collaborating with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Science (CS, Business, or related) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years in progressive Identity and Access Management roles.
• Minimum 10+ years with IAM solutions (PAM/ILM/IGM, etc.).
• Minimum 10+ years with Active Directory & Entra ID.
• Minimum 8+ years in networking, DNS, firewalls, servers, and cloud tech.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on PowerShell scripting.

Division Specific Information

The Core Services team is part of the Security team. Members of the team are charged with developing identity and access management solutions for the organization across the hybrid cloud landscape, which includes Directory Services in Active Directory, Identity services in Microsoft Azure Cloud, and AWS Identity support. The team also supports Microsoft O365, including Messaging services under Exchange and Teams, Intranet Services under SharePoint, and Personal cloud storage services under OneDrive, as well as federation and single sign‑on services through Azure Entra ID. This position serves as the team’s primary Privileged Access Management specialist, focused on privileged account governance, monitoring, and security controls.

How will you make an impact?

This position reports to the Manager of Core Services and is in support of the Core Services team in Corporate IT at Enlyte. Core Services includes the management of Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Exchange O365, DNS, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Identity and Access Management for corporate colleagues and contractors.

What will you do?

• Work with key stakeholders to identify improvements to maximize colleague experience
• Maintain security requirements, compliance controls, risk reviews, and support associated objectives
• Engage in integration projects for new acquisitions, consolidation projects to reduce complexity, as well as projects for divestitures
• Support operational initiatives, incident management, and problem management in a timely manner
• Engineer, implement, and administer enterprise PAM and PSM solutions
• Manage privileged account onboarding, credential vaulting, and privileged access workflows
• Implement least-privilege and just-in-time access methodologies
• Monitor privileged activity through session recording, auditing, and analytics controls
• Support investigations involving privileged credentials and elevated access
• Partner with Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to satisfy audit and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Science (Computer Science, Business, or other applicable degree), or equivalent working experience
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in progressive roles in Identity and Access Management
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience with Identity and Access Management solutions (PAM, ILM, IGM, etc.)
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Minimum of 8+ years of fundamental experience in DDI, networking, firewall, server, and cloud technologies
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Windows PowerShell, with ability to develop scripts as need
• Experience in complex enterprises with a diverse array of unique authentication / authorization requirements

Tool & Technology Skills

• IAM solutions such as Active Directory, VDS, SSO, SAML, oAuth, OpenID, MFA, and PAM
• Identity Lifecycle Management and Governance tools (MIM, SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock)
• Cloud Identity technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Google Cloud
• Microsoft Mail Services (Exchange Server, as well as Microsoft O365)
• SharePoint for O365, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive administration
• Automation, such as PowerShell, Perl, Python, or .NET development languages
• AuthX Support for Windows Server, as well as Linux Server
• Mergers & Acquisitions involving Active Directory and Azure
• Working in GxP or other regulated environments
• Documentation for systems management and compliance purposes

Preferred PAM / PSM Skills

• Experience implementing and administering CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, ARCON, or similar PAM platforms
• Experience with Privileged Session Management including session monitoring, recording, and audit controls
• Credential vaulting and privileged account lifecycle management
• Just-in-Time access and least-privilege administration models
• Zero Trust security principles and privileged access governance

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $81,000 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
