The Team Lead reports to the Manager, EHR- within the division of MUHA with the mission of ensuring the integrity, security, and accessibility of the legal health record. The Team Lead provides oversight and leadership of the EHR team that supports the primary function of guardianship of the quality and completeness of documentation in the record. The Team Lead directs and oversees the daily priorities, activities, and goals of the people, process, and technology components of the team. This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Legal counsel, Compliance, Informatics, clinical personnel, and IS build teams. The Team Lead for EHR is also responsible for providing excellent communication and support to customers, as well as for staff performance and engagement.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience, and 3 years of experience.
