Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree major related to MIS, IT, CS or closely related field.
• Ten (10) years progressively responsible experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), DevOps practices, systems analysis, applications design, and development including project lead responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex systems analysis, design, and programming to develop and maintain enterprise data and application systems.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, data interfaces, and reporting capabilities for multiple functional areas.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and vendor/contractor activities; provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with best practices; troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to staff and cross-functional teams; coordinate project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
