Job summary

The Boeing Company in Herndon, VA is seeking a Cybersecurity – Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to lead security assessments and RMF/A&A activities for classified information systems. The role requires active security credentials and strong IA background for enterprise programs.

Candidates will coordinate with government customers and Boeing teams to ensure compliance, implement protective measures, and manage risk across multiple domains in a TS/SCI environment.

Qualifications

• RMF experience in cybersecurity policies
• Experience implementing RMF and A&A processes
• Knowledge of risk assessments and incident response
• Ability to lead security engineering efforts

Responsibilities

• Performs security analysis of environments to ensure compliance with standards
• Leads A&A processes under RMF for information systems
• Develops MOUs/ISAs/RALs and supports continuous monitoring
• Oversees configuration management and audits security posture
• Leads assessments and test data documentation for compliance
• Conducts risk assessments and oversees incident response activities
• Performs periodic hardware/software inventory assessments
• Interfaces with government customers and suppliers on cybersecurity requirements
