Job summary

The Boeing Company in Seal Beach, CA is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to lead security analysis, RMF processes, and program-level security efforts for classified systems. Qualifications

Tier 5 Investigation or Continuous Vetting within last 5 years.
IAM Level III certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
5+ years in IT, cybersecurity, or related fields.
3+ years using RMF-related security tools (NESSUS, ACAS, STIGs, SCAP, Audit Reduction, HBSS).
3+ years leading programs/teams and advising senior leaders.
Experience with RMF policies (DAAPM, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, NIST SP 800).

Responsibilities

Performs security analysis of environments to assess compliance with standards.
Leads RMF A&A processes for new and existing systems.
Supports documents like MOUs, ISAs, RALs and CONMON.
Oversees configuration management and audits security posture.
Leads assessments and tests to document compliance state.
Performs risk assessments, mitigations, and incident response oversight.
Conducts inventory of hardware/software.
Serves as liaison with government customers and suppliers on cybersecurity requirements.
Advises management on advanced technical research topics.
