Job summary

Quantech Services is seeking an experienced Information System Security Engineer (ISSE-Senior) to join our Fort Meade, MD team. The role focuses on evaluating security requirements, building secure architectures, and ensuring compliance with DoD and NSA/NISCAP processes across multi-enclave environments.

A TS/SCI clearance with FS polygraph is required, along with 20 years of ISSE experience. The candidate will support certification & accreditation, risk management, and security planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline required.
• Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four additional years of ISSE experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Perform security assessments of computing environments to identify vulnerabilities and non-compliance.
• Review and ensure compliance with NSA/DoD RMF and NIST RMF processes.
• Design, develop, and integrate cybersecurity solutions for multi-enclave environments.
• Lead security engineering efforts on engineering teams for secure networking and computing architectures.
• Support security planning, risk analysis, and risk management activities.
