Quantech Services Inc. seeks an experienced Information System Security Manager to join our Fort Meade, MD team. You will lead security programs and work across DoD/IC systems to implement compliant security solutions.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, DoD 8570 IAM III certification or equivalent, and extensive collaboration with engineers and program managers to achieve cybersecurity objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or IT Engineering required; four years’ additional experience may substitute.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with FS polygraph required.
• DoD 8570 compliance: IAM III; certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for security programs.
• Collaborate with engineers on systems integration and lifecycle security.
• Plan and coordinate implementation of IT security programs and policies.
• Provide daily oversight to ISSOs and advise program managers on security matters.
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure NSA IT security services alignment.
