ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) is an award-winning defense contracting company supporting DoD and IC missions. We seek an Information System Security Specialist to lead IA processes, RMF/DIACAP familiarity, and secure operations up to classified levels.

The role requires a TS clearance or higher with the ability to obtain TS/SCI, 5+ years of related experience, and a technical/managerial degree. You will develop, assess, and maintain security plans, artifacts, and authorization

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Cybersecurity/Engineering/T&E/A&A fields.
Experience with Information Assurance tools such as eMASS, ACAS.
Must have Top Secret security clearance or higher, ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of system security plans, procedures, and authorization artifacts.
Assist in implementing security controls and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity frameworks.
Conduct routine security assessments, vulnerability scans, and configuration checks.
Support incident response activities, including evidence collection and triage.
Maintain awareness of system configurations, user access, and security posture changes.
Prepare documentation for system authorization, continuous monitoring, and audit readiness.
Provide user support on security procedures and sensitive information handling.
