Harris Computer seeks an information security leader to develop and oversee client security programs across regulatory frameworks. The role advises executive leadership on strategy, policies, and procedures while aligning security with business goals.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive security testing, disaster recovery, and awareness programs, and lead client steering committees to ensure timely incident response and continuous risk reduction.

Competenze

• At least five years of information security leadership experience (e.g., CISO, vCISO).
• At least three years in security operations, engineering, vulnerability management, or system administration.
• Consulting or managed services experience supporting multiple clients across regulated industries.
• At least three years implementing controls for NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, SOC 2, or PCI DSS.
• Experience as security point of contact during external audits and assessments.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks (NIST RMF, ISO 27005, FAIR) and data classification.
• Experience with data protection technologies (encryption, DLP, secure coding).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Must have CISSP; highly preferred: CISM, CCSP, CGRC, PCI ISA, HCISPP, CCP.

• Conducts security reviews of new and existing systems and recommends improvements.
• Ensures safeguards protect client systems and information; advises on control requirements for frameworks.
• Assesses control gaps and maturity and helps clients prioritize remediation.
• Supports client audits by clarifying controls and evidentiary needs; defines scope and segmentation.
