Job summary

Harris Computer seeks an experienced information security leader to drive client security programs and strategy across multiple engagements. You will guide executive stakeholders, develop policies, and ensure defenses meet regulatory requirements while maintaining strong risk management and incident response capabilities.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, audits, and ongoing security improvements to protect client data and systems in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• At least five years of information security leadership experience (CISO, vCISO, or senior security leader).
• At least three years in security operations, engineering, vulnerability management, or system administration.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements client information security programs meeting regulatory and industry requirements.
• Advises executive leadership on information security strategy, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Updates client executives on security plan progress, threats, and incidents.
• Maintains security policies to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client systems and data.
• Monitors security programs and environment changes to keep controls effective and risks minimized.
• Oversees implementation of security solutions to improve overall posture.
• Coordinates testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Delivers security awareness training programs.
• Leads or participates in client steering committees and working groups.
