Qualifications

• 10+ years in leading technology or information security.
• Leadership of complex security initiatives with stakeholder management.
• Identify, assess, and remediate security risks using metrics and risk frameworks.
• Provide governance across security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Align security priorities with business objectives and customer needs.
• Build strong teams and partnerships, managing vendors with integrity and collaboration.
• CISSP or CISM certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Information Security leader for assigned technology teams, aligning security priorities with business objectives and engineering needs.
• Embed scalable, automated security practices throughout the software development lifecycle to strengthen security posture.
• Identify security opportunities, define maturity roadmaps, establish risk ownership, and drive accountability for reducing security risk.
• Translate business needs and risks into actionable security requirements, using data and expertise to inform senior leaders and product teams.
• Partner across Technology and Information Security to prioritize work, resolve cybersecurity issues, manage risk decisions, anticipate future needs, and lead escalations involving security incidents.
