Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Manager, Information Security Operations to lead the company’s cybersecurity strategy and run the security operations program. You will oversee incident response, threat management, continuous monitoring, and CSIRT collaboration to protect digital assets.

In this senior role you will mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, define road maps, align security with business goals, and report on risk and performance to the Enterprise Architecture Committee.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Information Security discipline including security operations and engineering.
• 5+ years of Information Security leadership in a large enterprise.
• CISSP, CISM or other IT certifications preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor people, processes, and technology.
• Experience managing security incidents and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic management of Information Security Operations, including incident response and threat management.
• Develop roadmaps and align security with business goals.
• Mentor and manage cybersecurity professionals and foster career growth.
• Assess and manage enterprise cybersecurity risks and incidents, implementing proactive measures.
• Report on status, trends, and risk to leadership and committees.
