Qualificações

• 6–8 years of experience in cybersecurity or security operations.
• 1–3 years of experience leading cybersecurity analysts or security teams.
• Experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with MSSP environments and vendor coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations including monitoring, triage, investigation coordination, vulnerability management, remediation tracking, and follow-up.
• Act as primary internal contact for MSSP and security vendors, with escalation review and performance reporting.
• Coach, develop, and manage cybersecurity analysts; prioritize work and ensure quality delivery.
• Build team coverage, cross-training, and documentation to reduce single points of failure.
• Own and update the incident response plan, escalation paths, and incident tabletop exercises.
• Drive continuous improvement of incident response processes and security controls.
