Job summary

Raytheon in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Information System Security Manager to lead cybersecurity for classified environments on-site. You will oversee policy, compliance, operations, and risk management, guiding teams and coordinating with government representatives.

You will ensure alignment of cybersecurity priorities with business strategy, monitor safeguards, and communicate security posture across the site. Strong RMF/JSIG experience and DoD cadre knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience or an advanced degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
• IAM Level certification (Security+ or other) required within six months of hire.
• Experience leading direct reports and/or managing teams.
• Cybersecurity, systems security or hardening experience.
• Information Technology experience.
• Experience with network security and systems security (architecture, topology, protocols, components).
• Experience configuring and/or auditing operating systems.
• RMF, DAAPM, JSIG, NISPOM, SNAC, Nessus, SCAP, ICD-503, ACAS or non-defense regulations exposure.
• Physical security, investigations, or border control experience.
• Project or program management or account management.

Responsibilities

• ISSM of record for a subset of information systems within the site.
• Focal point of contact for partnering departments and customers at the site level.
• Participates in interdepartmental projects and provides counsel on cybersecurity policy and procedures.
• Senior Manager with direct supervision of front-line managers.
• Trains and mentors subordinates, providing performance feedback.
• Interfaces with internal/external security personnel, customers, management, and U.S. Government representatives.
• Conducts training, briefings, and presentations for multiple levels of the business.
• Performs other duties as assigned by cybersecurity leadership.
• Business travel as needed up to 20%.
