QGenda, LLC is seeking a senior IT Security Lead to drive security operations, risk management, and GRC across our IT systems, infrastructure, and SaaS applications. You will reduce risk, mature the GRC program, and partner with product security and business teams to align security with enterprise objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in IT security/GRC and a bachelor’s degree. Hybrid work in the United States is supported, with strong collaboration across IT, Legal, and Product Development.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, GRC, security engineering, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience leading or supporting security audits and compliance assessments in highly regulated environments.

Mansioni

• Lead IT security operations and advance enterprise IT security strategy and GRC initiatives.
• Oversee security controls across IT platforms and assets; report security posture to executive leadership.
• Serve as IT’s SME, guiding IT Systems Administrators and Help Desk on secure configuration and control implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and enterprise IT projects.
• Lead the IT vulnerability management program including scans, remediation, and patching.
• Coordinate internal and external IT security audits and compliance assessments, including evidence collection and remediation tracking.
