Job summary

Aether Aerospace seeks an Information System Security Manager IV to lead management of organizational information systems and technologies, ensuring secure, compliant operations. You will drive enterprise tech adoption, supervise staff, manage SLAs, and coordinate security initiatives across the defense technology platform.

The role requires experience in risk assessment, cybersecurity best practices, and budget oversight, with a strong leadership record and TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant IT/security experience.
• Supervisory experience (min. 2 years) leading technical teams.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of information systems and technologies to automate operations.
• Ensure secure implementation and compliance of enterprise technology and equipment.
• Oversee backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Perform operational risk assessments and mitigate risks.
• Maintain training materials and provide user training on organizational technologies.
• Manage IT budgets and track service costs.
• Develop, implement, and improve software strategies and SOPs for IT systems.
• Identify emerging technologies to enhance processes; align with business outcomes.
• Develop and manage SLAs with partners and vendors.
• Evaluate IT operations and optimize performance.
• Provide leadership to assigned staff and conduct performance management.
• Ensure all planned hours are recorded and reported.
