Job summary

Raytheon in McKinney, TX is seeking a Program Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) for 100% onsite work. The role requires active U.S. government security clearance and oversight of CIS, RMF/DAAPM processes, and A&A activities while ensuring DoD/Government compliance.

You will lead security programs, coordinate training, monitor incident response, and work with DCSA/SVA on authorizations to maintain a strong cybersecurity posture.

Qualifications

• Typically a degree and 8 years experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with RMF/JSIG/NISPOM regulations.
• IAM Level I certification (Security+ or equivalent).
• Direct leadership or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IAM Level III certification as required by DoDD 8140.
• Oversee A&A activities and continuous monitoring across systems.
• Coordinate with DCSA SVA and site FSO/CS Manager for authorizations.
• Lead risk management and security posture for CIS and related systems.
