Job summary

Valvoline Global Operations is seeking a Senior Information Security Engineer to design, govern, and continuously improve enterprise cybersecurity capabilities. You will own complex security engineering outcomes and operate with independence, translating risk into technical decisions.

You will lead architecture, implementation, and lifecycle management of security platforms, set engineering standards, and collaborate with IT, GRC, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years in information technology or information security.
• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GIAC or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to translate cyber risk into scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cybersecurity engineering solutions across domains.
• Lead major security technology implementations and integrations.
• Provide lifecycle ownership for critical cybersecurity platforms and controls.
• Serve as final technical escalation point for complex security incidents.
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices in engineering teams.
