Job summary

Valon is seeking a Sr. Security Analyst to join our Security team in the US. You will work closely with the Head of Security GRC to protect our systems, cloud infrastructure, products, and customer data.

You will apply risk and compliance principles, build AI-supported GRC workflows, and automate security processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to safeguard assets and uphold trust with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in security analysis with focus on compliance and risk management.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (SOC 2, NIST CSF, ISO 27001/2, CIS).
• Understanding of cloud security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security governance and compliance programs.
• Support security audits and evidence gathering.
• Build AI-assisted GRC workflows for scaling security functions.
• Maintain risk registers, risk assessments, and remediation processes.
• Manage security metrics, KPIs and reporting.
• Support customer security due diligence processes.
• Review and monitor security policies for compliance.
• Facilitate remediation across stakeholders.
• Manage vendor security risk assessments.
• Support on-call and operational security activities.
