Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in Virginia seeks an experienced ISSE to assess and secure computing environments, design and integrate IA systems, and support architecture across multi-enclave networks.

The role requires 14 years of ISSE experience, DoD 8140 IASAE Level 2, CISSP, and an active US security clearance; a Bachelor’s degree is required. You will collaborate with architects and developers to enforce security policy and advance national security missions.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years of ISSE experience on programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline.
• DoD 8140 compliance with IASAE Level 2 certification is required.
• CISSP Certification is required.
• Four (4) years of ISSE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Current US Security Clearance with Polygraph within the last 7 years is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform or review technical security assessments of computing environments to identify vulnerabilities and non-compliance; recommend mitigations.
• Validate and verify system security requirements, and design secure architectures across networking, computing, and enclave environments.
• Build IA into systems deployed to operational environments; assist in implementing trusted relations and secure architectures.
• Support security planning, risk analyses, certification, and awareness activities for system and networking operations.
