Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Information Security Principal Engineer to join our IT team. The role focuses on protecting information systems assets across a global organization and providing architectural leadership for security initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of information security experience, a BA/BS or equivalent, and security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. The position includes a strong compensation package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and implementing information security policies and procedures.
• Experience in analysis, design and development of security initiatives and embedding security into business initiatives.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits and managing findings to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manages implementation of processes to protect information systems assets from modification, disclosure, or destruction.
• Provides technical leadership and architectural guidance for protection of information systems assets globally.
• Owns and manages configuration and administration of specific security tools.
• Supports fraud, compliance, HR and operations with fraud detection and investigative support as needed.
• Assists and supports PCI, SSAE16, internal and client audits.
• Provides reports to superiors on data security effectiveness and recommends new procedures and tools.
