TTEC is seeking an Information Security Principal Engineer to join our Information Technology team. Our global IT organization supports the enterprise with over 40,000 users across four pillars: Customer Care, Technology Services, Strategy Services, & Growth Services.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and implementing key policies and procedures related to information security.
• Experience in analysis, design and development of new security initiatives and incorporates security into business initiatives.
• Experience in supporting internal and external audits and manages findings to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manages the implementation of processes and procedures to protect information systems assets from modification, disclosure, or destruction.
• Provides technical leadership and architectural support for protection of information systems assets to global sites.
• Owns and manages configuration and administration for specific security tools.
• Assists Fraud & Compliance, Human Capital and Operations with fraud detection, documentation, and prevention, and provides investigative support as needed.
• Assists and supports audits (PCI, SSAE16, internal and client audits).
• Provides reports on data security effectiveness and recommends new procedures and tools; interviews and recommends staff additions.
