Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Information Security Principal Engineer to join our Information Technology team. You will lead initiatives to protect information assets across our global sites and work with multiple business units to embed security into programs.

You will own security tool configuration, support audits, and provide comprehensive reports on data security effectiveness. A security-focused leader with 5–7 years of experience and relevant certifications is ideal for this role.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA.
• 5-7 years of information security experience.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and applications.

Responsibilities

• Manages the implementation of processes and procedures to protect information systems assets.
• Provides technical leadership and guidance for protection of information assets across sites.
• Owns configuration and administration for specific security tools.
• Supports audits and investigations and provides reports on data security effectiveness.
