Job summary

TTEC is seeking an Information Security Principal Engineer to join our Information Technology team. The role supports over 40,000 users across four pillars and provides technical leadership for protecting information systems assets.

Responsibilities include implementing security processes, owning tool configurations, and supporting audits. Requires a BA/BS and security certifications, with 5–7 years of information security experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Information Security experience
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems, networks, and applications

Responsibilities

• Manages the implementation of processes and procedures to cost-effectively protect information systems assets from modification, disclosure, or destruction.
• Provides technical leadership, architectural support, guidance and direction for protection of information systems assets to other units and global sites.
• Owns and manages configuration and administration functions for specific security tools.
• Assists Fraud & Compliance, Human Capital and Operations with fraud detection, documentation, and prevention, and provides investigative support as needed.
• Assists and supports audits (PCI, SSAE16, internal and client audits).
• Provides reports to superiors regarding effectiveness of data security and makes recommendations for new procedures and tools; interviews and makes recommendations for additional staff.
