Job summary

Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking an Information Security Analyst 3 to join its security team at the La Crosse Campus. This senior role leads investigations, incident response efforts, vulnerability management, and security assessments, while guiding junior staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work across cross-functional teams to address complex security challenges, develop incident response playbooks, and implement robust security controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of common cybersecurity threats, attack vectors, and advanced mitigation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Investigate security incidents and breaches, coordinate response efforts, and implement remediation measures.
• Lead advanced security monitoring and analyze network traffic and security alerts to identify sophisticated threats.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
• Track and report vulnerability remediation efforts.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and security controls.
• Support compliance audits and assessments related to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Communicate complex security information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
