The role focuses on implementing security programs, driving automation with AI agents, and ensuring compliance with NERC CIP/NRC while coordinating with OT and IT teams on rigorous security operations.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years of cyber and/or physical security across multiple disciplines.
• Two+ years of hands-on experience with SIEM, event management and incident response in a 24/7 SOC.
• Experience using AI and agentic AI tools.
• Experience working with a team required to operate in 24/7 shifts.
• Exposure to operational best practices like ITIL.

Aufgaben

• Direct eyes-on-glass monitoring and tier-1 and tier-2 support for security events.
• Orchestrate AI agents to execute playbook workflows.
• Monitor security events to determine risk and respond.
• Ensure CSOC compliance with NERC CIP and NRC Nuclear Cyber requirements.
• Implement strategy and technology roadmap for CSOC.
