Job summary

Argo Cyber Systems in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Detection Analyst to support real-time detection, response, and reporting of cyber threats for government and commercial clients.

The role requires a Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI, 8+ years in SOC/CIRT or related fields, and strong collaboration across agencies. Shift work including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in SOC/CIRT, forensics, pentest, or threat hunting.
• Active TS clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Experience with AWS security solutions and cloud investigations.
• Proficient in incident response using Splunk.
• Strong collaboration across agencies and locations.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Support real-time detection, response, mitigation, and reporting using an enterprise SIEM.
• Identify, detect, and analyze potential network intrusions.
• Understand vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies in cyber defense operations.
• Liaise with intra-agency and inter-agency Cyber Threat Working Groups.
• Meet customer-required Information Assurance training compliance.
