Nuvision Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Information Security Administrator in Alaska to administer, monitor, and maintain security systems and controls across cloud, on‑premises, and remote environments while aligning with regulatory requirements.

In this role you will work closely with the Senior Information Security Engineer, IT and security vendors to manage Fortigate firewalls, Darktrace, Arctic Wolf SIEM, Appgate VPN, and other tools, analyze threats, drive remediation, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security with hands-on firewall/IDS/IPS experience.
• Strong network security knowledge and enterprise infrastructure management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams and audits.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/MIS or equivalent; security certs preferred.

Responsabilités

• Protect information and infrastructure while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage security tools including firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Analyze logs for intrusions and respond to incidents.
• Oversee Fortigate, Darktrace, SIEM, and VPN operations.
• Perform system security changes with testing and documentation.
• Coordinate with IT and business units to integrate security measures.
