Qualifications

• University degree in programming, systems, data science, statistics, finance, mathematics, economics, or related field.
• A minimum of two years experience at Grade A5 or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of information management, governance, and financial/resource processes.
• Familiarity with Fund budget cycles and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain information and records management practices and knowledge repositories.
• Analyze operational, budget, workforce data; develop dashboards and reports.
• Support accountability framework, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Support governance processes including Board papers and senior management communications.
• Coordinate engagements with internal and external stakeholders; ensure clear communications.
• Work with ORM coordinators to improve operations, workflows, and continuity.
