Job summary

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington, DC, is seeking a finance professional to join the Business Integration Finance team. The incumbent leads the financial oversight of the Facilities Management vendor, oversees budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and drives data visualization initiatives using Power BI.

You will coordinate with SRU, ITD, and other divisions, develop rolling forecasts, monitor expenditures, and produce management reports that inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or CPA with 6+ years of experience in finance/budgeting.
• Experience at Grade A8 or equivalent is acceptable in lieu of advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budget for Facilities Management vendor.
• Analyze resource planning and cost-benefit for strategic alignment.
• Review monthly vendor expenditures and resolve issues with the vendor.
• Lead data visualization initiatives using Power BI and related tools for division reporting.
• Oversee dashboard reporting portfolio and enhancements.
• Advance automation and AI-enabled tooling to improve processes and decision-making.
