Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to I&R and benefits inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Conduct intake assessments and eligibility screenings.
• Assist enrollment in SNAP, Medicare, and other programs.
• Educate clients on Medicare topics and resources.
• Document client interactions and maintain records.
