Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Associate to translate business needs from laboratory and operations teams into practical info system solutions. You will collaborate with assay leads, operations, lab SMEs, and informatics partners to define requirements, support design, test, and manage deployment across the SDLC in a regulated environment.

You will elicit and document end-user requirements, ensure alignment with workflows, and guide validation activities.

Qualifications

• MS/MA in a science-related discipline such as computer science/ mathematics or biological science.
• BS/BA with 3+ years of hands-on industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs from laboratory and operations teams into info system solutions across the SDLC.
• Document requirements, test scripts, and validation deliverables for regulated systems.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and resolve issues with technical teams.
• Maintain documentation supporting validated systems, including SOPs and traceability.
