Job summary

Labcorp seeks an experienced IT Business Analyst III for our oncology laboratory space. You will lead elicitation, document requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance services in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities include guiding projects through SDLC processes, interfacing with vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring clear acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize complex Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience communicating with internal stakeholders in IT and non-IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation using interviews, analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, and use cases.
• Serve as primary IT Business Analyst on medium to large projects.
• Review production tickets and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with developers and SMEs to analyze usability and performance tradeoffs.
• Document business requirements in Use Case and User Story formats.
• Support test planning and validation for QA.
