Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Scientist – QC Laboratory Informatics to support laboratory IT systems, ensure data integrity, and enable compliant operations across QC processes. The role involves configuring systems like LabVantage LIMS, MODA, and Empower, collaborating with Global Quality Laboratory Network and IT teams.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3+ years GMP lab experience, and US work authorization. Occasional after-hours support and minimal travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer science, life science, or applied science field.
• IT systems experience with installation and qualification of laboratory IT systems.
• GMP laboratory experience (3+ years).
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Validate laboratory equipment and software systems.
• Maintain validated state of software-based systems in use within the laboratory.
• Lead deployment and upgrades of QC laboratory IT systems.
• Ensure data integrity by design within the QC laboratory.
• Support internal and external audits as IT SME for QC lab.
