Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years solving complex problems through analytics or related disciplines.
Strong analytical and communication skills with senior leader engagement.
Experience with healthcare, pharmacy or payer data and relevant tools.
Ability to translate business objectives into analytical approaches and measurable outcomes.
Proven ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Lead complex analytics projects from problem framing to implementation and measurement.
Translate ambiguous questions into structured analytical plans and recommendations.
Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify drivers and opportunities.
Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Develop decision-support tools and business cases for informed choices.
