Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of analytics/strategy experience.
• Define problems and create analytical solutions where none exist.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking across diverse data sources.
• Experience making recommendations when data is imperfect or uncertain.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management including presenting to senior leaders.
• Proven ability to influence decisions with evidence and structured problem-solving.
• Experience translating objectives into measurable analytical approaches and outcomes.
• Track record of using data to drive action, not just produce analyses.
• Experience with healthcare, pharmacy, Medicare/Medicaid, CMS, claims, or population health data.
• Experience using SQL, Python, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in quantitative/analytical fields.
• Experience in consulting, strategy, operations research, informatics, or related fields.
• Success solving novel challenges in regulated or complex industries.
