Job summary

Cognizant seeks an experienced Lead Informatica MDM Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM, IDQ, and IDMC. You will lead Golden Record management, onboarding, data quality, integrations, and cloud-based synchronization with AWS, Snowflake, and related platforms.

This role requires technical leadership and coordination of onsite-offshore delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Integration, or Enterprise Data Platform development.
• Strong hands-on Informatica MDM (Multi-Domain), including data models, match rules, trust configuration, workflows, and SIF APIs.
• Experience with IDQ, IDMC, and PowerCenter implementations and support.
• Strong knowledge of API integration, messaging services, batch processing, and data synchronization architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Informatica MDM configurations and related APIs.
• Configure and integrate source systems into the MDM ecosystem and support onboarding/migration.
• Develop and support IDQ solutions for data cleansing and governance.
• Build inbound/outbound data exchange services and integrations.
• Lead onsite-offshore delivery teams and provide technical leadership.
