Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Lead Informatica MDM Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise MDM solutions using Informatica MDM, IDQ, and IDMC. Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Master Data Management or Data Integration
• Hands-on Informatica MDM (Multi-Domain) experience
• Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), IDMC, and PowerCenter
• Strong API integration, messaging, batch processing, and data synchronization patterns
• Experience with AWS services including DynamoDB and CloudWatch
• Knowledge of Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms for real-time and batch sync
• Experience supporting production environments, monitoring tools, incident management
• CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, troubleshooting, and technical leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Informatica MDM configurations, including Match Rules, Trust Frameworks, Data Models, SIF APIs, and MDM Packages
• Configure and integrate source systems into the MDM ecosystem while supporting onboarding and data migration activities
• Develop and support Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) solutions for data cleansing, validation, standardization, and governance
• Design and implement inbound APIs, outbound events, MQ integrations, and enterprise data exchange services
• Manage Golden Record creation, stewardship, data lineage, survivorship, and master data governance processes
• Build and maintain AWS-based data synchronization and caching solutions using DynamoDB and integrations with Snowflake and enterprise data platforms
• Monitor platform health and operational performance using Dynatrace, Kibana/ELK, CloudWatch, XMatters, and related observability tools
• Support batch scheduling, job monitoring, production operations, and critical incident response in a 24x7 support environment
• Develop automated testing, unit testing, and performance testing solutions using tools such as Cucumber, JUnit, and JMeter
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release management, and source code governance using GitHub and DevOps practices
• Work directly with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct solution reviews, and provide technical recommendations
• Act as the onsite technical lead and primary point of contact while coordinating delivery activities with offshore teams
