Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Lead Informatica MDM Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise MDM solutions. You will manage Golden Records, onboarding, data quality, and integrations across AWS-based platforms while coordinating onsite-offshore delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in Master Data Management, data integration, or enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on Informatica MDM across multi-domain models, match/merge, and SIF APIs.
• Experience with IDQ, IDMC, and PowerCenter implementations and support.
• Strong API integration, messaging, and batch processing knowledge.
• Proficient in AWS services (DynamoDB, CloudWatch) and cloud data sync.
• Experience leading onsite-offshore delivery teams and mentoring juniors.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Informatica MDM configurations and rules.
• Configure source systems onboarding and data migration into the MDM ecosystem.
• Develop IDQ solutions for data cleansing, validation, standardization, and governance.
• Create inbound/outbound APIs and enterprise data exchange services.
• Oversee Golden Record creation, data lineage, survivorship, and governance.
• Build AWS-based data sync and caching with DynamoDB; integrate with Snowflake.
• Monitor health with Dynatrace, Kibana/ELK, CloudWatch; support 24x7 operations.
• Lead CI/CD pipelines, GitHub deployments, and release management.
